Persian (Farsi) font, letters not attached. I've recently downloaded a Persian (Farsi) font called Nastaliq, and when I use it in Notes and Text Edit with the Persian Keyboard as the input, it works perfectly fine. Mac OS X comes with three different Persian keyboards. Enable them all, try them out, see which one you prefer. (You can also install a different one, if you choose.) Then use the Geeza Pro font to begin with.
